The nudles ( Alsace Pasta ) are composed of 7 Fresh eggs outdoor hens , by kg of hard wheat semolina. These carefully selected ingredients and an old-fashioned way of manufacturing give the Nüdles their creamy yellow appearance and a taste quality comparable to the best Fresh Pasta .
The dough is gently kneaded then spread by rollers before being cut into strips.

Excellent plain with a Nut of Butter or a drizzle of Olive Oil, as an accompaniment to meat or a grilled salmon steak, the Nüdles will seduce you topped with a sauce of Cherry Tomato, Mushrooms in Cream or with fresh basil.
Ingredients: Superior quality durum wheat semolina, 30% fresh eggs from free-range hens, or 320 gr per kilo of semolina.
