Prepare real Alsatian Bretzel (8 to 10 Bretzels) from the Petit Alsacien to enjoy as an aperitif with family or friends very easily thanks to the Alsatian Bretzel preparation kit developed by Pastry chefs Fanny and Fabrice.
Alternatively, before baking, sprinkle your pretzels Poppies Seeds, Sesame, Linen .... or grated cheese and bacon ...
Let your ideas run free! Feel free to shape your pretzels much smaller or much larger.
In Alsace we also offer them in Mauricettes (Mauricettes): a small loaf of about 60 g that we then garnish like a small Sandwich, a Delight!
