Bredelas are traditionally prepared during the Advent period and announce the end of the Year celebrations, a unique feature in France and rooted in Alsace since the end of the Middle Ages! Indeed, and this until the last world war, the small subjects were hung on the branches of the Christmas tree, before the famous Blown glass ball replaced them.
However, Bredelas Alsaciens du Petit Alsacien are so good that nothing prevents them from being made throughout the year to accompany your coffee or treat your children to afternoon tea.
Nothing's easier ! Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs have thought of everything: The dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags, you just have to follow their instructions, add a little water and butter and you are sure to work wonders and happy people!
Ingredients: Type 55 wheat flour, Icing Sugar, Whole Egg Powder, Caster Sugar, Gray Almond Powder, Cinnamon, Anise grain.
Allergies: Product containing egg, gluten and nuts.
Made in a workshop that uses dairy products.

- 180 ml of water (3 x 30 ml for the pasta and 90 ml for the gilding)
