The Meyer distillery, located in the small Alsatian village of Hohwarth, was created in 1958 by Fridolin Meyer.
Initially specialized in local fruit distillation, it launched in 2007 in whiskey production, offering a single malt and a blend.
The main Alsatian digestives are:
Marc de Gewurztraminer, Williams pear, Raspberry, Wild raspberry, Mirabelle plum, Kirsch, Quetsches, Fir liqueur, Gentian, Wild plum, Old plum and Alisier.
