Mold Baeckeoffe Soufflenheim made based on clay, color Taupe  and decorated with hearts Red, worked and painted by hand in in the workshops of pottery of Soufflenheim in Alsace, available from 2 to 8 people.

Note: Each decoration made on the Soufflenheim pottery is unique, they are hand painted according to the creativity of the potter and do not reflect the current visual on the layout of the painted patterns. 

The Potteries of Soufflenheim are fired at more than 1000 ° C, these high quality pottery will withstand the firing of your oven without any worries, and go as well in the microwave and dishwasher .

All the lids of the Baeckeoffe Cooking Molds also have a hole allowing natural drainage during Cooking, a guarantee of Soufflenheim quality !

Can I put it in the oven ?
Yes, without any problem, pottery can withstand high heat, but only in the oven. !
Will it fit in my oven ?
Yes, as long as your oven is a standard 60 cm wide.
Instructions for use:
When you first use your Baeckeoffe Terrine, we recommend that you soak it (Terrine + Lid) for at least 12 hours in cold water. Then drain the water and dry it.
Cook 2 to 3 cm of milk in the Poterie in the oven. Once the milk is hot, leave to cool.
After air-drying it in a dry, well-ventilated place, it's ready to use !
This procedure is recommended for your first use.
Afterwards, you can use your Baeckeoffe Terrine by placing it in the cold-start oven and heating it to the required temperature.
When removing the Terrine from the oven, never place it on a cold or icy surface to avoid thermal shock.
Once cooled, clean your Baeckeoffe Terrine with warm water and a sponge or brush (non-metallic) and washing-up liquid.
After drying, store your Terrine in a dry, well-ventilated place.

You can sometimes see very thin cracks in the enamel in the Mold Baeckeoffe . This braiding is necessary to ensure the resistance of the part to heat.
