Instructions for use:

When using your Baeckeoffe mold for the first time, we advise you to let it soak (Terrine + Lid) for at least 2 hours in cold water. Eventually, drain the water and dry it, it is ready to use!

This process is recommended for your first use.

Subsequently, you will use your Mold Baeckeoffe by placing it in the cold start oven that you will heat to the necessary temperature.

When removing the Mold from the oven, never place it on a cold or icy surface to avoid thermal shock.

Once cooled, clean your Mold Baeckeoffe with lukewarm water and a sponge or brush (non-metallic) and washing up liquid.

After drying, keep your Mold in a dry and ventilated place.
