Prepare at home delicious and real Alsatian Lamalas (Lamb Pascal or Lammele) of 550 gr of the Petit Alsacien to enjoy with family or friends very easily thanks to the Lamala preparation kit developed by Pastry chefs Fanny and Fabrice and its Pascal Lamb Mold .

With a generous size of 18 cm, the molds are in unbleached raw pottery on the outside while the inside of the mold is varnished.

The Potteries of Soufflenheim are fired at more than 1000 ° C, these high quality pottery will withstand the firing of your oven without any worries, and are also suitable for the microwave and the dishwasher.

Lammele is a Biscuit in the shape of a Lamb that is traditionally made at Easter for children.

It consists of a sponge cake type cookie dough, which takes the shape of a lamb in a terracotta mold made up of two assembled shapes.

For the realization, nothing could be simpler ! Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs have thought of everything: The dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags, you just have to follow their instructions, add a little water and you are sure to make wonderful Alsatian Lamalas!

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat starch, wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, whole egg powder, baking powder, E450, E500, E341, glucose syrup, emulsifiers E472B, E472A, E472E, salt, natural flavor, color E160A.

Contains gluten, eggs, milk. Possible traces of nuts, soya and celery.

Before the first use, we advise you to

  • Butter the 2 parts well
  • Put them in your oven at 180°C flat for 5 minutes
  • Take them out of the oven
  • When they are lukewarm, put a layer of butter on them
  • Assemble the 2 parts, put the tongs on, then pour your dough
  • No soaking is necessary

Thanks to the groove on the parting line of our moulds, the assembly is easier, and limits the risks of the dough leaking.
