Right of withdrawal and return
Legally, the withdrawal period is set at 14 clear days.
According to the provisions of article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code:
"The consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal * without have to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs **.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the professional is required to reimburse the consumer for the total amount of the goods paid **. »
The right of withdrawal in France and the EU:
In order to best satisfy the needs of its customers, Deco-Alsace-Obernai.fr offers them a right of withdrawal, without reason, of 14 calendar days.
- * Except for personalised products and food products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (short shelf life), goods which have been unsealed after delivery by you and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
- ** The cost of returning the goods is reimbursed within the 14 calendar day right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
This right does not apply to products bearing a contrary mention. The right of withdrawal runs from the day after delivery of the goods in the order.
In order to be taken into account under the right of withdrawal, the returned products must imperatively reach Deco-Alsace-Obernai.fr in perfect commercial condition within a maximum of 7 days after the request for withdrawal, after this time, any return will be refused.

After this 14 calendar day period, goods received are accepted as being in good condition and are no longer eligible for a withdrawal, refund or breakage on receipt.
No claim will be taken into account.
