Loyalty Points are calculated on the total amount of the Invoice excluding shipping costs.
After a purchase, the number and status of your Points are visible by logging into your Customer Area and clicking on the Your Loyalty Points tab.
Points are validated and therefore usable when the order is shipped (see shipping time). The status of the Points changes from "Pending validation" to "Available".
Conditions of use
- Loyalty Points are only attributable to Customers registered on the Déco Alsace Obernai.fr web shop
- Loyalty Points can only be used for online purchases on the Déco Alsace Obernai.fr web shop
- Loyalty Points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or assigned between customers.
- Loyalty Points represent a virtual currency that can be used during the payment phase of your Orders.
- Loyalty Points will not be refunded, nor will they be awarded in the event of a totally or partially cancelled Order.
- When paying for an Order, the customer must always choose a complementary payment method.
- Loyalty Points are calculated on the total amount of the order, excluding shipping costs.
- Loyalty Points can be used during 100 days from the acceptance of the Order.
- Déco Alsace Obernai.fr reserves the right to modify at any time the rate or the conditions of attribution of the Loyalty Points.

Before using your Loyalty Points, the customer must log in to their Customer Area..
From your Customer Area, under the tab Your Loyalty Points, a link offers the possibility to transform the acquired Points into a Discount Coupon.
The discount vouchers resulting from the Loyalty Points can be used on all the products offered by the shop Déco Alsace Obernai.fr
How to use your discount vouchers
A code is attributed to each Discount Coupon (Ex: E5L8ON25S)
To use this Discount Coupon, you have to fill it in your basket during the Order process.
When your basket is full and you want to pay for your order:

Under the summary of your Order, enter the activation code (e.g. E5L8ON25S) of the Discount Coupon in the field provided and click on Add
Check the Order Summary to ensure that the discount has been applied to the amount to be paid
The Loyalty Point system is totally autonomous, we cannot intervene in any way on the management of your Loyalty Points.
