The Spaetzles are proof that China and Italy do not have a pasta monopoly in the world. Spaetzle is a pasta that can be found in Alsace and Germany, its land of origin!
Spaetzles are small, thread-shaped pasta made from wheat flour, water or milk, eggs and salt. They are often found in Alsatian menus.
However, for the manufacture, nothing could be simpler ! Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs have thought of everything: The dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags, you just have to follow their instructions, add a little water and you are sure to make wonderful Alsatian Spaetzles !
