The Kougelhopf is in fact a yeast brioche, whose appearance is characteristic due to its mold. This specialty has long been a celebratory cake, prepared for multiple occasions, and rather enjoyed nowadays for breakfast in the sweet version, and as an aperitif in its savory version.

The Kougelhopf is a real institution of Alsatian Gastronomy !

Nothing's easier ! Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs have thought of everything: The dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags, you just have to follow their instructions, add a little water and fat and you are sure to work wonders and happy people!

We have selected for you our different Mussels in Kougelhopf allowing you to successfully make your Kougelhopf Salé!

Ingredients: Wheat Flour Type 55, Nuts, Caster Sugar, Whole Egg Powder, Dehydrated Baker's Yeast, Fine salt, Emulsifier E491.

Allergies: Contains gluten, eggs, nuts. Possible traces of milk, soya and sulphites

Made in a workshop that uses dairy products.

  • 100 g Butter or Margarine at room temperature
