These carefully selected ingredients and a traditional method of manufacture with a Bronze Mold give the Ondines their creamy yellow appearance, lightly floured, which sticks well to sauces and an incomparable taste quality .

These carefully selected ingredients and a traditional method of manufacture with a Bronze Mold give the Ondines their creamy yellow appearance, lightly floured, which sticks well to sauces and an incomparable taste quality.

The wave shape with ridges and grooves was designed to hold the sauces well.

This festive pasta is excellent as a single dish, to add a touch of fantasy.

The family business has been perpetuating, for 3 Generations , the Tradition and the know-how of Alsace Pasta

Ingredients: Superior quality durum wheat semolina , 30% fresh eggs from free-range hens, or 320 gr per kilo of semolina.
