The Topping for bouchées à la reine is the traditional version of the Bouchée à la Reine, made with Veal, Turkey and Quenelles, a typical traditional speciality.
A really complete dish for 2 people to prepare with Spaetzles or Knepfles as we like it at home !
Presented in a vacuum jar Twist Off, with a NET weight of 750 gr (for 2 persons) with accompaniment.
Ingredients: Sauce 55% (Water, cream of milk, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, modified corn starch, salt, vegetables (carrot, leek, onion, celery), spices, herbs). Quenelles 11% (Pork fat, veal (France) and turkey meat, (France), Egg, Wheat flour, salt, aromatic plants, plasma, tapioca starch, rice flour, stabilisers: E450-E451, spices).
Veal meat 11% (French origin), turkey meat 11% (French origin), button mushrooms 11%.
