Sauerkraut is a real regional tradition in Alsace.
A truly complete dish with Green Cabbage in Sauerkraut and meat that is tender in the mouth, cooked as we like at home !
Presented in a vacuum-packed Le Parfait jar (storage for 2 1/2 years), with a NET weight of 900 gr (for 2 to 3 people).
Ingredients: Sauerkraut, Duck leg confit * (35%), potato, WHITE WINE (CONTAINS SULPHITES), water, duck fat, aromatics.
