Cooked in a terracotta terrine (called Moule à Baeckeoffe), it is composed of several meats (pork shoulder and duck sleeve meat) and vegetables (carrot, leek and potatoes in a marinade with white wine and its spices.

A truly complete dish with vegetables and tender meat, just like we like at home !

Presented in a vacuum jar (storage for 2 1/2 years), with a NET weight of 900 gr (for 2 to 3 people).

Ingredients: Vegetables 47% (potatoes, carrots, leek), duck sleeve meat * 18%, pork shoulder, WHITE WINE (CONTAINS SULPHITES), water, spicy salt.
