This delicious Spice Mix for Gingerbread will allow you to prepare delicious homemade Gingerbread, tender and flavorful ! Also to be used in your various preparation of small biscuits, small shortbread etc...
With a subtle blend of Green Anise, Cinnamon, Cloves, Star anise, Cardamom and Nutmeg, this delicious blend will be the ally of the preparation of your homemade Gingerbread up to 6 to 20 grams spices per kilos of flour for a slightly spicy to more spicy gingerbread.
We suggest you add this mixture of Spices in an Applesauce but also to spice up certain jams or sprinkled on a Flan, without forgetting the excellent Apple Tart or Quetsch Tart .
Presented in a closed verrine with a sharp lid.
