Domaine des Terres Rouges contributes to maintaining the cultivation of Mustard Seeds in France by calling on Alsatian farmers who thus provide a local raw material, as close as possible to our production workshops. The seeds are crushed with the Meule de Pierre in accordance with traditional know-how.
The Alsace Summer Mustard with Beer from the Domaine des Terres Rouges will enhance all your dishes with its beautiful colour and its absolutely authentic taste. In search of escape, it can be declined in several flavours.
Fine and Festive, this Mustard can be enjoyed with Aperitifs or Stews, but will also be ideal for all dishes and also to accompany simmered dishes ( Sauerkraut , Knack , Pot au feu and cooked dishes ...).
